Role & responsibilities

- Manage end-to-end procurement activities for Imported BOPs, Raw Materials, Hardware, Tools, and Consumables.

- Identify and develop new domestic and international suppliers.

- Negotiate pricing, delivery schedules, and commercial terms.

- Release Purchase Orders and ensure timely execution.

- Coordinate with suppliers, logistics partners, and internal stakeholders.

- Track import shipments and support customs clearance activities.

- Drive cost-saving initiatives through alternate sourcing and negotiations.

- Travel approximately 30% of work time to supplier and vendor locations for supplier development, audits, follow-up, quality reviews, and delivery expediting.

Preferred candidate profile

- Bachelor Degree in Engineering, Mechanical /Production.

- 2-3 years experience in Procurement, Outsourcing or Supply Chain Management.

- Knowledge of import procurement and vendor management.

- Basic knowledge of Machining processes.

- Robust negotiation, analytical, Excel and ERP skills.
