About the Role :

Monywa Tech is looking for enthusiastic and target-driven professionals to join our growing sales team. We are hiring Sales Associates, Supervisors, and Team Leaders who are passionate about sales, customer engagement, and achieving business goals.

Key Responsibilities:

- Inbound & make outbound calls to prospective and present existing customers.
- Promote company products and services to generate sales.
- Convert existing leads into customers and achieve sales targets.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Update customer interactions in the CRM system/Excel sheets status and reports.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure a smooth customer experience.





Requirements: Minimum 1 year of experience in Sales, Telesales, voice process, BPO or a similar customer-facing role.

- Fluent in Hindi (mandatory), Manageable English communication skills are preferred.
- Strong communication and customer handling skills.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, target-oriented environment and making a high volume of calls and status.
