About Position:

We are looking for a skilled Out Systems Developer with strong experience in developing enterprise-grade web applications using the Out Systems platform. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining scalable applications while collaborating closely with business and technology teams. The role requires expertise in OutSystems development, web technologies, integrations, database design, and Agile delivery methodologies.

What You'll Do:

- Design, develop, and maintain OutSystems web applications in fast-paced Agile and Waterfall delivery environments.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders, UX teams, architects,



and technical teams to understand requirements and deliver effective solutions.
- Translate business requirements into scalable application designs and technical solutions.
- Develop responsive and user-friendly applications that align with established UI/UX standards and guidelines.
- Lead and mentor junior OutSystems developers and provide technical guidance to project teams.
- Build and enhance application modules using OutSystems Service Studio and Integration Studio.
- Design and develop integrations with internal and external systems using REST and SOAP web services.
- Perform application enhancements, bug fixes, troubleshooting, and performance optimization.
- Participate in technical design reviews, code reviews, and solution discussions.
- Design and maintain data models while ensuring proper referential integrity and database best practices.
- Implement secure coding practices and support application security requirements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support testing, deployment, and production releases.
- Ensure adherence to development standards, governance processes, and best practices.

Expertise You'll Bring:

- Strong hands-on experience in OutSystems application development.
- Proficiency in OutSystems Service Studio and Integration Studio.
- Experience developing enterprise web applications using Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
- Ability to lead and mentor a team of OutSystems developers.
- Strong understanding of business requirements analysis and solution design.
- Experience working with UI/UX teams and implementing user interface standards within OutSystems applications.
- Knowledge of web application architecture, design patterns, and best practices.
- Strong understanding of web application security principles and secure development practices.
- Proficiency in JavaScript, jQuery, HTML,



and CSS.
- Strong experience with Oracle SQL and database development.
- Understanding of data modeling, database design, and referential integrity concepts.
- Experience developing and consuming REST and SOAP web services.
- Knowledge of ASP.NET and web application development frameworks.
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to think through logical business flows and translate them into technical solutions.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience working in collaborative, cross-functional, and fast-paced delivery environments.
