About the Role

We are looking for an experienced OTA Revenue Manager to oversee hotel revenue performance across multiple Online Travel Agencies (OTAs). The ideal candidate will be responsible for optimizing pricing strategies, managing inventory, improving OTA visibility, and driving revenue growth for hotels, resorts, and villas.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage and optimize hotel listings across major OTA platforms including Booking.com, Agoda, Expedia, Airbnb, MakeMyTrip, Goibibo, and others.

- Develop and implement dynamic pricing and revenue management strategies to maximize occupancy, ADR, and RevPAR.

- Monitor market trends, competitor pricing, demand patterns, and booking pace.

- Manage room inventory, rate plans, promotions, restrictions, and availability across channels.

- Ensure rate parity and content accuracy on all OTA platforms.

- Analyze hotel performance data and prepare actionable reports and recommendations.

- Coordinate with hotel partners to improve online visibility, guest acquisition, and revenue performance.

- Work with channel managers and PMS systems to ensure seamless inventory and rate synchronization.





- Identify opportunities for revenue growth through promotions, package creation, and distribution optimization.

- Handle OTA-related issues, updates, and account management activities.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Hotel Management, Business Administration, or a related field.

- 1–3 years of experience in OTA Management, Revenue Management, or Hotel E-commerce.

- Strong knowledge of OTA platforms, channel managers, and PMS systems.

- Excellent analytical and data interpretation skills.

- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and reporting tools.

- Solid communication, negotiation, and client management skills.

- Ability to manage multiple hotel accounts simultaneously.

Preferred Qualifications

- Experience working with hotels, resorts, villas, or hospitality management companies.

- Knowledge of revenue management principles and hotel KPIs (ADR, RevPAR, Occupancy, LOS, etc.).

- Experience with Stayflexi, eZee, Hotelogix, or similar hospitality systems.
