About The Company Medico Workforce is hiring on behalf of our client, a reputed healthcare organization in Addanki, Andhra Pradesh. We are looking for skilled and dedicated OT Technicians to support surgical procedures and ensure the smooth functioning of the Operation Theatre.

Job Summary We are seeking qualified OT Technicians (Operation Theatre Technicians) to assist surgeons and the surgical team by preparing the operation theatre, maintaining sterile conditions, and ensuring all surgical instruments and equipment are ready for procedures.

Candidates with relevant qualifications and experience are encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities

- Prepare the Operation Theatre before surgical procedures.
- Sterilize and maintain surgical instruments and OT equipment.
- Assist surgeons, anaesthesiologists, and nursing staff during surgeries.
- Ensure proper infection control and sterilization protocols are followed.




- Prepare patients for surgery as directed by the medical team.
- Monitor and maintain OT equipment to ensure proper functioning.
- Maintain inventory of OT supplies and surgical instruments.
- Clean and prepare the Operation Theatre after procedures.
- Maintain accurate OT records and documentation.

Eligibility Criteria
- Diploma or Degree in Operation Theatre Technology (OTT) or equivalent.
- Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome to apply.
- Basic knowledge of surgical instruments and OT procedures.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Willingness to work in rotational shifts.
