Role & responsibilities

- Strong telecom OSS and network operations expertise across FTTx, IP/MPLS, Transport/Optical, RAN, 4G/5G Core, IMS , Enterprise and Cloud Networks, with hands-on experience in inventory, service fulfilment, activation, assurance, performance management, AIOps, closed-loop automation, and autonomous network transformation programs.
- Hands on experience with one or more commercial OSS service assurance products- Netcool, HPE, Netcracker, Amdocs, Blue Planet, ServiceNow Telecom, Nokia, Ericson, Juniper
- Ability to architect AIOps and network intelligence solutions using telemetry pipelines, alarm noise reduction, RCA, predictive analytics, anomaly detection, GenAI-assisted operations, and workflow automation.
- Hands-on experience in OSS modernization, microservices, event-driven architecture, data platforms, REST / Kafka integration, CI/CD, DevSecOps, and cloud deployment patterns.
- Ability to work with customer CTO / network operations / architecture teams to shape roadmaps, solution blueprints, PoCs, and production-scale implementation plans.
- Solid architecture governance, stakeholder management, senior engineer mentoring, and thought leadership capabilities.
- Hands on tech stack - Python, Java, Go, Rest APIs, GraphQL, gRPC, Kafka, NETCONF/YANG, OpenConfig, gNMI, SNMP, Syslog, Streaming Telemetry, Ansible, Terraform , Kubernetes, OpenShift, Docker , Elasticsearch, Splunk, Prometheus, Grafana,etc
- Experience with autonomous network maturity models, TM Forum Autonomous Networks framework, ETSI ZSM, O-RAN SMO, or ONAP-based automation initiatives.
- Experience in CSP transformation, network-as-code,



digital twin for networks, service assurance modernization, or AI-powered NOC transformation.
- Understanding of security, reliability, data governance, and regulatory considerations in telecom operations.

Role descriptions / Expectations from the Role

- Define autonomous / zero-touch network architecture using closed-loop automation, intent-based operations, policy control, observability, event correlation, and remediation workflows.
- Lead solutioning for closed-loop operations, zero-touch service assurance, orchestration, automation, and AI-enabled network intelligence across multi-vendor networks.
- Drive solution architecture across TM Forum Open APIs, SID / eTOM alignment, ETSI ZSM concepts, ONAP / O-RAN SMO exposure, Kubernetes-based cloud-native platforms, and API-first integration.
- Shape PoCs, accelerators, technology roadmaps, and architecture proposals for strategic customer engagements in OSS modernization and autonomous networks.
- Mentor senior architects and engineering teams, drive architecture reviews, and ensure delivery alignment with reliability, scalability, security, and operational excellence goals.

Leadership role in a strategic telecom software and autonomous networks growth area with high visibility across CSP transformation, OSS modernization, AI-led operations, and network automation engagements. Strategic engagements focused on OSS modernization, autonomous / zero-touch network operations, AIOps-led service assurance, orchestration, closed-loop automation, and AI-enabled network operations for global communication service providers and network technology companies.
