Role Description The Order Management Specialist is a full time, on-site role based in Ahmedabad, responsible for overseeing the end-to-end order lifecycle. Day-to-day tasks include processing customer orders accurately, tracking order status, coordinating with warehouse and logistics teams, and ensuring timely dispatch and delivery.

The role involves monitoring inventory levels, resolving order-related discrepancies, and maintaining up-to-date records in the order management system. The specialist will also communicate with customers regarding order confirmations, changes, delays, and returns, providing clear and professional support.



This position works closely with internal teams to ensure smooth operations and a positive customer experience aligned with Rebelaw’s brand standards.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Order Management and Order Processing skills, with experience handling end-to-end order workflows.
- Candidates should possess solid Analytical Skills to review order data, identify issues, and optimize processes.
- Candidates should possess excellent Communication and Customer Service skills to interact with customers and internal stakeholders professionally.
- Candidates should possess proficiency with ERP or order management software, basic MS Excel skills, and attention to detail.
- Relevant experience in retail, e-commerce, or apparel order operations is beneficial.
- Ability to work on-site in Ahmedabad, manage multiple priorities, and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Diploma or bachelor’s degree in business, commerce, operations, or a related field is preferred.
