Role & responsibilities

- Lead and support Oracle Recruiting Cloud (ORC) implementations and enhancements.

- Gather and analyze Recruitment &
- Talent Acquisition requirements from business users.

- Configure ORC modules including:
- Job Requisitions &

- Approvals

- Hiring Team &

- Security Roles

- Candidate Management &

- Offers

- Career Sites &

- Job Applications

- Perform business process mapping, gap analysis, and solution design.

- Prepare Functional Design Documents (FDD/FSD).

- Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and business sign-off.

- Provide functional support (L2/L3) and resolve production issues.

- Act as a liaison between HR users and technical teams.

- Work on ORC inbound and outbound integrations.

- Develop and support HCM Extracts for recruitment-related data.

- Design and maintain BI Publisher (BIP) reports.

- Build and analyze OTBI reports and dashboards for recruitment metrics.

- Support LinkedIn job posting and candidate integrations.

- Coordinate with integration teams on REST APIs / OIC (exposure required).

- Perform data validation, reconciliation, and troubleshooting.
