About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Oracle Technical Architect (Oracle EBS R12 & Oracle Integration Cloud - OIC) to join our IT team. In this role, you will design, develop, support, and improve Oracle EBS R12 , fusion modules and Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) solutions including AI Agent building . You will work closely with business teams to understand their requirements and deliver reliable, scalable, and productive technical solutions.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and support Oracle EBS R12 technical solutions.
- Build and maintain integrations using Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC).
- Work on Oracle modules such as:
- Manufacturing (WIP/Shop Floor)
- Bills of Material (BOM)
- Inventory
- Order Management
- Cost Management
- Advanced Supply Chain Planning (ASCP)
- Financials
- Develop applications using SQL, PL/SQL, Oracle Forms, Reports, XML Publisher, and Oracle SOA (BPEL).
- Create and support REST APIs, SOAP Web Services, and Oracle Open Interfaces.
- Troubleshoot production issues and provide timely solutions.
- Optimize Oracle programs and improve system performance.
- Prepare technical design documents and project estimates.
- Participate in the complete project lifecycle, including requirement gathering, development, testing, deployment, and user support.




- Work closely with business users and cross-functional IT teams.
- Ensure compliance with SOX and company development standards.
- Support global projects and provide off-hours support when required.

Required Skills

- 8+ years of experience in Oracle EBS R12 technical development.
- Hands-on experience with:
- Oracle SQL & PL/SQL
- Oracle Forms & Reports
- XML Publisher
- Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC)
- Oracle SOA (BPEL)
- REST APIs & SOAP Web Services
- Oracle Open Interfaces
- Good understanding of Oracle business processes such as:
- Procure-to-Pay (P2P)
- Order-to-Cash (O2C)
- Plan-to-Build
- Experience in troubleshooting, performance tuning, and technical support.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Good communication and documentation skills.

Preferred Skills

- Experience with Oracle ADF, OTBI, MES, ASCP, WIP, or Demantra.
- Knowledge of Oracle Cloud technologies.
- Experience with Oracle AI Agent Studio is an added advantage.
- Understanding of SOX compliance and audit processes.
