- Lead Oracle HCM Cloud solution design and architecture across implementation and transformation projects.

- Strong expertise in at least 4 modules: Core HR, Compensation, Benefits, Payroll, Recruiting, or Talent Management.

- Conduct requirement gathering, discovery workshops, and fit-gap analysis.

- Define end-to-end HCM business processes and cross-module dependencies.

- Review functional design documents, configuration workbooks, and testing deliverables.

- Collaborate with technical teams on integrations, reports, security, workflows, and data migration.

- Support HDL, HSDL, HCM Extracts, OTBI, BI Publisher, and Fast Formula requirements.

- Lead SIT, UAT, cutover, deployment, and post-go-live support activities.

- Mentor functional consultants and ensure Oracle HCM best practices are followed.

- Robust stakeholder management, consulting, solution design, and Oracle Fusion HCM implementation experience.
