Role: Oracle OFSAA FCCM Technical Consultant

Job Summary We are looking for an experienced Oracle OFSAA FCCM Technical Consultant with 8+ years of expertise in designing, developing, and customizing Oracle Financial Services Analytical Applications (OFSAA), particularly the Financial Crime and Compliance Management (FCCM) suite. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in data management, ETL processes, metadata management, and Oracle database technologies.

Key Responsibilities

- Design, develop, and customize Oracle OFSAA FCCM solutions.
- Work on FCCM modules including:

- Enterprise Case Management (ECM)

- Customer Risk Rating (CRR)

- Know Your Customer (KYC)

- Suspicious Activity Report (SAR)

- Suspicious Transaction Report (STR)

- Data Integrator Hub (ODI/DIH)

- Entity Resolution (ER)

- Compliance Studio

- Oracle Analytics Server (OAS)
- Design and implement Data Quality (DQ) frameworks and validation controls.
- Develop Data Flow Diagrams (DFDs) and implement ETL/data quality controls.
- Review and understand Source-to-Target Mapping (STTM) documents and technical metadata.
- Develop and optimize PL/SQL procedures, packages, and database objects.
- Build and support ETL workflows and data integration processes.
- Collaborate with business, compliance, and data teams to deliver regulatory reporting solutions.




- Troubleshoot production issues and optimize application performance.

Required Skills
- 8+ years of experience in Oracle OFSAA FCCM.
- Strong expertise in Oracle OFSAA product design and customization.
- Hands-on experience with:

- ECM

- CRR

- KYC

- SAR

- STR

- ODI/DIH

- Entity Resolution (ER)

- Compliance Studio

- Oracle Analytics Server (OAS)
- Experience in Data Quality framework design and implementation.
- Robust knowledge of ETL processes and Data Flow Diagrams.
- Experience reviewing Technical Metadata and Source-to-Target Mapping documents.
- Excellent Oracle SQL and PL/SQL programming skills.
- Programming experience in Java and/or Python.
- Strong understanding of Oracle databases and data management concepts.

Preferred Skills
- Experience in Banking, Risk Management, Financial Crime, or AML domains.
- Knowledge of OFSAA Risk Management modules.
- Experience with performance tuning and production support.
- Good communication and stakeholder management skills.
