Key Responsibilities :

- Design and implement end-to-end integrations using Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC).
- Apply best practices for OIC integration architecture and design patterns.

- Develop and manage

- OIC Connections

- Integrations and Orchestrations

- Lookups and Packages

- Mappings and Fault Handling
- Build and support B2B integrations and file-based integrations.
- Develop inbound and outbound integrations using:
- REST & SOAP Web Services
- FBDI, HDL
- XSD, WSDL, XSLT, JSON
- Work with OIC adapters and connectors, including:
- File Server / FTP Adapter

- DB Adapter
- REST & SOAP Adapters

- ERP Cloud Adapter
- Integrate Oracle HCM Cloud with external HR, payroll, finance, and third-party systems.
- Implement secure integrations using WS-Security, authentication protocols, and encryption.
- Work with Oracle SQL & PL/SQL, including:
- Oracle ATP (Autonomous Transaction Processing)
- Data modeling and schema design

- Performance tuning and optimization
- Security and access control features
- Support data validation, transformation, and reconciliation activities.
- Leverage Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) services such as:

- Object Storage

- OCI Functions

- Events and Notifications
- Collaborate with DevOps teams to support CI/CD pipelines using :

- Git

- Jenkins





- Ansible

- Terraform
- Participate in Agile delivery models (Scrum / Kanban).
- Work closely with HCM functional teams to understand business requirements.
- Translate HCM business processes into technical integration designs.
- Support testing, deployment, and post-go-live activities.
- Provide documentation and knowledge transfer to internal teams and stakeholders.

Required Skills & Qualifications :

- 6+ years of hands-on experience with Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC).
- Strong experience integrating Oracle HCM Cloud with external systems.
- Proven expertise in REST, SOAP, FBDI, HDL, and integration standards.
- Strong knowledge of Oracle SQL & PL/SQL and Oracle ATP.
- At least two end-to-end Oracle Cloud implementation projects completed.
- Experience with Java, JavaScript, Regular Expressions, and integration security.
- Solid understanding of authentication, encryption, and security protocols.
- Solid analytical and troubleshooting skills.

Preferred Qualifications :- Experience with Oracle SaaS / PaaS integration frameworks.

- Hands-on exposure to OCI services.
- Familiarity with DevOps and CI/CD practices.
- Experience in enterprise HCM transformations.
