We are seeking an experienced Oracle Identity Manager (OIM) & Governance Engineer (L4) to design, implement, administer, and support enterprise Identity & Access Management (IAM) solutions using Oracle Identity Governance (OIG/OIM). The ideal candidate should possess robust expertise in identity lifecycle management, access governance, role management, provisioning, reconciliation, and integration with enterprise applications.

Key Responsibilities

Design, develop, implement, and maintain Oracle Identity Governance (OIG/OIM) solutions.

Configure and manage user lifecycle processes including Joiner, Mover, and Leaver (JML).

Develop and support provisioning and reconciliation workflows for target systems.

Create and manage connectors, adapters, application instances, and resource objects.

Implement access request, approval, certification, and segregation of duties (SoD) controls.

Perform role engineering, role mining, and role lifecycle management activities.





Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to provisioning, reconciliation, and identity governance processes.

Integrate OIM/OIG with enterprise applications, directories, databases, and cloud systems.

Support identity governance audits and compliance requirements.

Develop custom workflows, event handlers, and scheduled jobs using Java and Oracle technologies.

Maintain system health, performance tuning, and platform upgrades.

Collaborate with cybersecurity, infrastructure, and business stakeholders to improve IAM controls.

Prepare technical documentation, SOPs, and operational runbooks.
