Requirements

Oracle HCM Pre-sales Solution Architect

- Knowledge of Oracle Cloud HCM modules Core HR, Talent Management, Benefits, Performance, Recruitment, T&L;, Workforce Management.
- Experience with Implementations of Oracle Cloud HCM.
- Understanding of Business requirements, Challenges & Ability to provide Solutions, Presenting value proposition.
- Lead Pre-Sales with focus on Oracle HCM Cloud – Core HR, Talent Management, Benefits, T&L;, Workforce Management.
- Understand customer requirements and present Solutions/POV.
- Own Response to RFP, RFI.
- SME on HCM modules.
- Own, Prepare and Deliver Product Demos, POCs and Solution presentations independently.
- Support GTM initiatives.
- Collaborate with Sales/Vertical Team.
- Willing to Travel on short term – essential.
- Valuable communication skills.
