Customer Success Services provides customer-centric delivery and support-integrated service, in conjunction with Oracle Development.

Job Responsibilities:

· Work directly with Business User as an Oracle Cloud Supply Chain- Manufacturing functional expert.

· Ability to work independently and manage multiple task assignments.

- Troubleshooting and Resolving issues in production environment

· Gather, analyze business requirements and perform Fit-Gap analysis

· Active participation in preparing various project documents – Solution design, Functional Specifications, Setup Documents, SIT-UAT Test Scripts, Training materials.

· Explain the business requirement to other team members in the project

· Write functional configuration documents

· Create and execute test scenarios in various test environments

· Worked with large customers involving integrations

· Quick learner and able to pick up new skills

· Customer facing skills, ability to lead





Requirements

Mandatory Skills:

ü Candidate having 8+ years of Fusion Supply Chain- Manufacturing functional with below skills ü Candidate is expected to be having positive Hands on knowledge on areas mentioned o Discrete Manufacturing o Process Manufacturing o Inventory Management o Product Information Management o Product Lifecycle Management o Procurement o Order Management ü Candidate should have good attitude and learning capability to pick up any modules apart from the modules he/she is aware.

ü Candidate is expected to work in support model.
