Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Oracle Fusion HCM Technical Consultant with strong expertise in Fast Formulas and HCM Extensibility . The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in Oracle Fusion HCM technical development, configuration, and customization, with a deep understanding of Fast Formulas across various HCM modules.

Key Responsibilities

- Design, develop, and maintain Oracle Fusion HCM Fast Formulas.
- Configure and customize Fusion HCM applications to meet business requirements.
- Work on HCM Extensibility features including Page Composer, Application Composer, HCM Extracts, HDL, and Reporting.
- Develop and support integrations using HDL, HCM Extracts, BI Publisher, OTBI, and REST/SOAP APIs.
- Collaborate with functional consultants and business stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues within Oracle Fusion HCM.
- Perform unit testing, deployment, and production support activities.
- Ensure adherence to Oracle Fusion best practices and technical standards.

Required Skills
- 6 to 8 years of experience in Oracle HCM technologies.




- Strong hands-on experience with Oracle Fusion HCM Fast Formulas .
- Expertise in Oracle Fusion HCM technical components:
- HCM Extracts
- HDL (HCM Data Loader)
- OTBI
- BI Publisher Reports
- Integrations (REST/SOAP APIs)
- HCM Extensibility
- Good understanding of Core HR, Absence Management, Advantages, Payroll, and Talent Management modules.
- Experience in data conversion, migration, and reporting.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Qualifications
- Oracle Fusion HCM certifications are a plus.
- Experience supporting end-to-end Oracle Fusion HCM implementation or support projects.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
