About The Prospect A fast-scaling enterprise technology consultancy operating in the ERP transformation and digital finance sector, we help mid-market to large corporations modernize their back-office operations using Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP. Our consultants design, implement, and optimize end-to-end financial, procurement, and supply chain modules—turning legacy processes into intelligent, cloud-native workflows that drive compliance, scalability, and real-time reporting.

Role & Responsibilities

- Lead end-to-end Oracle Fusion ERP implementation projects—from requirement gathering, solution design, configuration, to UAT and go-live.
- Configure core modules including General Ledger, Accounts Payable/Receivable, Procurement, and Inventory with deep focus on financial controls and audit readiness.
- Collaborate with clients to map legacy processes to Oracle Fusion best practices, ensuring seamless transition and ROI tracking.
- Develop and execute data migration strategies, including mapping, validation, cleansing, and post-load reconciliation using Oracle Data Loader and FBDI.
- Train end-users and super-users, create SOPs,



and provide post-go-live support to ensure adoption and operational continuity.
- Work closely with technical teams to integrate Fusion ERP with external systems (CRM, HRMS, BI tools) via REST/SOAP APIs or Oracle Integration Cloud.
