Key Responsibilities :

- Implement, configure, and support Oracle EPM Cloud applications, including EPBCS modules (Financials, Workforce, Capital, Projects) and EPCM
- Lead or contribute to at least one full lifecycle Oracle EPM Cloud implementation
- Develop and maintain Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) integrations across financial systems
- Design and maintain application forms, business rules, and calculations to support planning and forecasting processes
- Partner with FP&A; and finance stakeholders to enable budgeting, forecasting, and reporting requirements
- Perform functional administration, troubleshooting, enhancements, and performance tuning of EPM applications
- Understand and manage dependencies and interrelationships across EPM Cloud components to ensure seamless financial integration
- Create and maintain functional and technical documentation for system configurations and business processes
- Track and evaluate Oracle EPM Cloud roadmap updates and recommend adoption of new features for process optimization




- Provide expert-level analysis, problem-solving, and stakeholder communication

Required Skills & Experience :

- 8+ years of experience with Oracle EPM Cloud, including at least one end-to-end implementation
- Strong hands-on experience with:
- EPBCS (Financials, Workforce, Capital, Projects)

- EPCM / HFM
- Experience developing OIC integrations, application forms, and complex business rules
- Robust understanding of planning, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting processes
- Proven experience in functional administration and support of Oracle EPM Cloud
- Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills
- Ability to work closely with business and FP&A; stakeholders

Good to Have :

- Experience with EDMCS (Enterprise Data Management Cloud Service)

- Exposure to Python scripting
- Experience with AWS Cloud services such as Lambda, Step Functions, and EventBridge
