Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced Oracle Hyperion Financial Management (HFM) Consultant with 3–5 years of expertise in Oracle HFM support, financial consolidation, reporting, and Enterprise Performance Management (EPM). The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in application support, metadata management, financial close processes, and system enhancements.

Key Responsibilities

- Support, maintain, and enhance Oracle HFM applications for financial consolidation and reporting.
- Manage metadata updates, hierarchy changes, account/entity mappings, and security administration.
- Provide support for monthly, quarterly, and annual financial close cycles.
- Troubleshoot application issues, data load failures, calculation errors, and user-reported incidents.
- Develop and maintain HFM rules, data forms, reports, and process management workflows.
- Execute data loads using FDMEE and other Oracle data integration tools.
- Ensure data integrity, reconciliations,



and compliance with financial controls.
- Support application upgrades, patching, testing, and migration activities.
- Prepare user documentation, SOPs, and deliver end-user training.

Required Skills

- 3–5 years of hands-on experience with Oracle Hyperion Financial Management (HFM).
- Strong understanding of financial consolidation, intercompany eliminations, currency translation, and financial close processes.
- Experience with HFM Rules scripting, metadata management, and security administration.
- Working knowledge of FDMEE, ODI, or other Oracle data integration tools.
- Experience with Smart View, Financial Reporting (FR), and ad hoc reporting.
- Understanding of Finance processes, including P&L;, Balance Sheet, and Cash Flow reporting.
- Solid analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Qualifications

- Experience with VB Scripting for HFM Rules is an advantage.
