Job Title: Oracle Cloud Planning

Locations: Mumbai, Bangalore, Chennai, Gurugram, Pune, Kolkata, Hyderabad (Hybrid)

We're seeking a highly experienced functional consultant in Oracle Cloud Supply Chain Planning. The ideal candidate has deep expertise in the following modules:

- Demand Management

- Supply Planning

- Replenishment Planning

- Backlog Management

- Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP;)

This is a functional (not technical) role focused on implementing planning processes and systems without the requirement for development or coding. The candidate must have at least one end-to-end implementation of Oracle planning modules.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead workshops to gather business requirements for demand, supply, replenishment, backlog, and S&OP; planning

- Configure Oracle Cloud Planning modules to meet client needs

- Design and implement planning workflows, statistical models, inventory policies, and exception management

- Collaborate with finance, sales, operations,



and IT to align planning strategies

- Support data integration, end-to-end process flows, and validations

- Drive testing (including UAT), user training, and go-live preparation

- Provide post-implementation support and continuous improvements

Requirements

Skills And Experiecne:

- 5+ years of functional experience in Oracle Supply Chain Planning

- Minimum one full implementation of Oracle Demand Management, Supply Planning, Replenishment, Backlog, or S&OP;

- Excellent communication skills and ability to engage stakeholders across departments

- Idepth understanding of integrated planning processes: demand forecasting, supply modeling, inventory optimization, and order management

- Hands-on experience with Oracle Demantra (for statistical demand forecasting and S&OP; planning frameworks)

- Prior use of Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS) supply chain modules—such as Inventory, Order Management, and Procurement
