Key Responsibilities

- Lead end-to-end Oracle OTM implementations, including at least two full life-cycle projects across diverse industries.

- Configure and optimize core OTM modules such as:

- Shipment Planning & Execution

- Freight Settlement

- Sourcing

- Fleet Management

- Ensure solutions align with business requirements, industry standards, and best practices.

- Design robust OTM solution architectures supporting scalability and performance.

- Develop and support B2B integrations using EDI, APIs, and other integration frameworks.

- Work with XML, XSL, and BI Publisher for reporting and document generation.

- Apply advanced SQL for data analysis, troubleshooting, and optimization.

- Lead the Customer Onboarding workstream, coordinating activities across internal and external teams.

- Manage multiple workstreams while meeting project timelines and quality standards.

- Collaborate with nearshore Project Managers and manage offshore delivery teams.

- Ensure compliance with project governance, documentation, and delivery standards.

- Delegate tasks effectively and remove delivery bottlenecks.

- Drive knowledge transition, mentoring and guiding junior consultants.

- Foster strong team collaboration, resolve conflicts,



and promote continuous improvement.

- Support development and post-go-live production environments.

- Troubleshoot complex functional and technical issues.

- Identify opportunities for system enhancements and performance improvements.

Required Qualifications &

Skills :

- 8+ years of hands-on Oracle OTM experience.

- Minimum 2 full life-cycle OTM implementations in mid-to-large scale projects.

- Strong functional expertise in core OTM modules:

- Shipment Planning & Execution

- Freight Settlement

- Sourcing

- Fleet Management

- Advanced proficiency in SQL.

- Hands-on experience with XML, XSL, and BI Publisher.

- Robust experience in B2B integrations (EDI, APIs).

- Solid understanding of solution design and system architecture.

- Experience handling development and support projects.

- Excellent communication, customer service, and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred / Nice-to-Have Skills :

- Experience in the 3PL industry.

- Knowledge of other OMS/TMS platforms.

- Educational background in Computer Science or related discipline.

- Exposure to global delivery models (offshore/nearshore coordination).
