Job DescriptionRole : Service Delivery Manager.

NWe are seeking an experienced Oracle APEX Service Delivery Manager who is not only an expert developer but also possesses strong project management and business analysis skills. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 12 to 15 years of experience in Oracle APEX development, project delivery, and leading teams. This role demands a highly skilled professional who can estimate project durations, assign tasks to team members, willing to create FRS documentations and serve as the primary point of contact for business stakeholders.

NKey Responsibilities:

NService Delivery Management: Oversee the delivery of Oracle APEX projects, ensuring alignment with business goals and objectives.

NEstimate project timelines and resource requirements, assigning tasks effectively to team members to meet deadlines.

NAct as the primary point of contact (POC) for business stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.

NImplement automation cases as part of service improvement using AI to enhance operational efficiency and effectiveness.

NPerform thorough assessment of business requirements and provide informed recommendations to the project team on whether to implement the solution using Oracle APEX or Snowflake, ensuring the chosen technology best aligns with business needs and technical feasibility.

NDevelopment Leadership: Lead the design, development, and deployment of Oracle APEX applications in line with business requirements.

NWrite Functional Requirements Specifications (FRS) and User Requirements Specifications (URS) to guide development and ensure stakeholder alignment.

NSupport business and developers in drafting comprehensive FRS and URS documentation.

NTechnical Skills and Capabilities: Proficiency in Oracle APEX, PL/SQL, Oracle SQL, and RESTful Web Services integration.

NExperience with reportingtools and frameworks, such as Jasper Reports and integration with platforms like Snowflake and GoAnywhere.

NStrong understanding of application migration processes,



particularly from Oracle Forms to Oracle APEX.

NFamiliarity with Agile methodologies, JIRA, and version control systems like GIT and SVN.

NKnowledge of Jenkins for continuous integration and deployment practices.

NCapability to conduct thorough code reviews, testing, and ensure compliance with quality standards.

NSolution Architecture: Collaborate with technical teams to design scalable and efficient solutions for new projects.

NEnsure that architecturaldesigns meet business needs and adhere to best practices in application development.

NTechnical Mentorship: Provide technical leadership to both internal and external teams, fostering a collaborative and innovative workplace.

NMentor junior developers,offering guidance on best practices in Oracle APEX development and project management.

NStakeholder Communication: Communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders to gather requirements, provide project updates, and facilitate decision-making.

NEnsure that all project documentation is maintained and updated regularly.

NQualifications:

NMinimum 12 to 15 years ofexperience in Oracle APEX development and service delivery management.

NStrong knowledge of Oracle APEX, PL/SQL, Oracle SQL, and JavaScript.

NProven experience in writing FRS and URS documents.

NExtensive experience in integrating applications with REST APIs and third-party platforms.

NHands-on experience in project management and agile methodologies.

NProven experience in developing Oracle APEX applications integrated with AI technologies to enhance application capabilities, automate business processes, and increase overall team productivity.

NExcellent communication skills with the ability to engage with business stakeholders at all levels.

NExperience leading diverse teams and managing multiple projects concurrently.

NStrong analytical skills and problem-solving capabilities.

NOracle APEX certified is preferred.

NNote: The candidate should be willing to work in hybrid model (2-3 days working from office) and in UK shift 1.30 PM to 10.30 PM IST.
