Key Responsibilities

- Conduct comprehensive eye check-ups following standard optometry procedures.
- Perform accurate eye testing and refractive assessments.
- Provide appropriate diagnosis and prescriptions based on eye examination results.
- Educate customers about eye-care products and available options.
- Recommend suitable lenses and frames according to customer requirements.
- Ensure high-quality dispensing and proper product fitting.
- Provide professional customer service and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Support sales through appropriate product recommendations and consultations.
- Maintain and follow standard operating procedures (SOPs).
- Ensure proper stock management and maintain store standards.
- Maintain accuracy, quality, and professionalism in all optometry services.

Qualifications
- Diploma in Optometry is required.
- Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome.

Experience
- 0–5 years of experience preferred.
- Freshers with a Diploma in Optometry can also apply.

Candidate Profile The ideal candidate should be professional, customer-oriented, accurate in conducting eye examinations, knowledgeable about optical products, and capable of providing quality eye-care services while contributing to customer satisfaction and store performance. Pay: ₹250,000.00 - ₹550,000.00 per year
