We are looking for a reliable, customer-focused Optical Store Assistant to manage our optical counter/store. The ideal candidate must have hands-on experience in optical sales, frame styling, and accurate lens fitting.
[Key Responsibilities]
Customer Service & Sales: Greet customers, understand their vision needs, and help them choose the right frames and lenses based on their face shape and prescription.
Optical Fitting & Adjustment: Accurately measure Pupillary Distance (PD), fit lenses into frames, and adjust/repair frames for a comfortable fit.
Store Management: Maintain inventory, manage display counters, and keep the store organized and clean.
Billing & Record Keeping: Handle customer prescriptions, process bills, and maintain daily sales records.
