Role Description The Opt Recruiter role at Continental Talent Inc. is a full-time, on-site position based in Hyderabad. This role involves sourcing, screening, and engaging OPT candidates for technology positions, using various job boards, social media platforms, and networking channels.

The Opt

Recruiter will manage the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle, including coordinating interviews, following up with candidates, and maintaining structured candidate pipelines and databases. The role requires close collaboration with hiring managers and account teams to understand client needs, align candidate profiles,



and provide timely updates on recruitment progress. Daily responsibilities also include preparing and updating recruitment reports, ensuring compliance with company policies, and contributing to a professional and collaborative team environment.

Qualifications

- Strong understanding of OPT, CPT, and related work authorization processes, along with familiarity with technology staffing and consulting environments.
- Proficiency in candidate sourcing techniques using job portals, social media, professional networks, and internal databases.
- Experience managing the full recruitment lifecycle, including screening, interviewing coordination, offer follow-up, and candidate relationship management.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with candidates, hiring managers, and internal stakeholders.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven workplace with strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Comfort with using applicant tracking systems (ATS), spreadsheets, and basic productivity tools for reporting and pipeline management.
- Demonstrated commitment to professionalism, ethical practices, and maintaining confidentiality in all recruitment activities.
- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline; prior experience in OPT recruiting or IT staffing is highly preferred.
