Role Objective:

Lead Paradises ERP Business Central & LS Central function end-to-end, covering functional and technical ownership, team management, BAU support, and migration from Dynamics NAV 2016 / LS Nav 16 to LS Central On-Premises.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead the ERP & LS Central function with a team of functional and technical resources.
- Own LS Central / Business Central across POS, back-office, finance, supply chain, and integrations.
- Drive migration from Dynamics NAV 2016 / LS Nav 16 to LS Central On-Premises.
- Manage implementation partners, project budgets, timelines, and governance.
- Build internal functional and technical capabilities and reduce external dependency.
- Ensure timely BAU support, issue resolution, system uptime, and root-cause analysis.
- Work closely with Finance, Operations, and Supply Chain teams to translate business requirements into ERP solutions.




- Define and manage the ERP/LS Central technology roadmap, upgrades, integrations, and enhancements.
- Ensure application access controls, data integrity, audit, and compliance.
- Provide senior management with visibility on system health, project progress, risks, and key issues.

Desired Skills & Competencies

- Strong functional and technical expertise in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central / LS Central.
- Hands-on experience with AL development and extensions.
- Experience managing ERP/LS Central functional and technical teams.
- Proven experience in ERP migration, implementation, upgrade, or transformation projects.
- Robust understanding of Business Central architecture, APIs, REST/OData, and integrations.
- Functional expertise in POS, Retail, Warehouse, Supply Chain, Finance, and Back-office operations.
- Strong troubleshooting, problem-solving, and root-cause analysis skills.
- Ability to work with ambiguity and manage multiple priorities.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively with CXOs, business teams, implementation partners, and technical consultants.
