Role Objective:

The role will focus on identifying process gaps and improving productivity, efficiency, quality, and cost across central kitchens, manufacturing units, warehouses, and stores using Industrial Engineering and Process Excellence practices.

Key Responsibilities:

- Map processes and identify operational bottlenecks.
- Conduct Time & Motion Studies and Value Stream Mapping (VSM).
- Improve manpower productivity, process efficiency, yield, and quality.
- Optimize plant layouts, workstations, material movement, and ergonomics.
- Identify and implement equipment and process improvements.
- Develop solutions using digital weighing systems, load cells, sensors, automation, and IoT.
- Work with Operations, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Product, and Technology teams.




- Standardize processes through SOPs, work instructions, and productivity standards.
- Use Lean tools such as 5S, SMED, Kanban, Line Balancing, RCA, Fishbone, and 5 Why.
- Track and report improvement in productivity, yield, quality, and process time.
- Support implementation and scaling of successful improvement projects.

Must-Have Skills:

- Experience in Industrial Engineering / Process Excellence / Process Improvement.
- Experience in Food, QSR, FMCG, Retail, Manufacturing, or Logistics.
- Knowledge of VSM, Time & Motion Study, Line Balancing, Lean, and RCA.
- Experience in Plant Layout, Material Handling, and Ergonomics.
- Knowledge of AutoCAD / Visio.
- Solid analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Understanding of Automation, IoT, Sensors, and Digital Systems.
- Knowledge of SQL / Python / Power BI is an added advantage.

Education: Bachelors degree in Industrial Engineering, Production Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
