​Job Summary ​We are seeking a dependable, hardworking Production Operator to join our manufacturing team. In this role, you will operate machinery, manage the assembly line flow, and ensure continuous, efficient output while adhering to quality standards. ​Key Responsibilities ​Production Line Operations: Set up, run, and adjust production machinery and equipment according to daily targets and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs). ​Material Handling: Load raw materials into machines or assembly systems and monitor material feeding processes to maintain uninterrupted workflow. ​Quality Control: Continuously inspect output for defects, verify specifications, and report any non-conforming items immediately. ​Routine Maintenance:



Perform standard pre-shift inspections, minor equipment adjustments, basic preventive maintenance, and keep machinery clean. ​Troubleshooting: Identify minor mechanical issues or process bottlenecks during production runs and work with maintenance technicians to resolve them. ​Documentation: Keep accurate shift logs tracking production output, defect rates, downtime, and material usage. ​Safety & Hygiene: Maintain a clean, organized work area (5S) and rigorously follow all plant safety protocols, including the correct use of PPE.

Pay: ₹13,000.00 - ₹16,000.00 per month
