URGENT HIRING | OPERATOR | NOIDA A leading FMCG/Food Manufacturing Company is hiring Operators for its Biscuit Manufacturing Plant in Noida.

Open Positions:

- Oven Operator - 2

Responsible for operating and monitoring biscuit baking ovens, maintaining temperature and baking parameters, and ensuring product quality standards are achieved.
- Rotary Operator - 1

Responsible for operating rotary moulding/forming machines, ensuring proper dough shaping, machine efficiency, and uninterrupted production.
- Stacker Operator - 2

Responsible for stacking and handling finished biscuits/trays, maintaining smooth product flow, and supporting packing and dispatch operations.
- Mixing Operator - 2

Responsible for weighing ingredients, preparing dough as per formulation, operating mixing equipment, and maintaining batch quality consistency.

Eligibility:





- Minimum 1 year of experience in FMCG/Food Manufacturing Industry
- Experience in Biscuit Manufacturing/Food Processing preferred
- Basic understanding of production operations and machine handling
- Immediate joiners preferred

Key Responsibilities:

- Operate and monitor production machinery
- Maintain product quality and production efficiency
- Follow GMP, safety, and hygiene standards
- Perform routine machine checks and report issues
- Adhere to production SOPs and quality guidelines

Location:

Noida, Uttar Pradesh

Compensation:

3 LPA - 5 LPA (Depending on experience and interview performance)
