NBudget: 1 lpa - 1.5 lpa per month

NKey Responsibilities:

NDrive centre operations and ensure operational excellence

NAchieve revenue and membership sales targets

NLead, mentor, and motivate a multidisciplinary team

NDeliver an outstanding member experience and improve retention

NCoordinate with doctors, nutritionists, therapists, and wellness consultants

NManage centre budgets, inventory, vendors, and SOP compliance

NWhat We're Looking For:

N10-12 years of experiencein Centre/Clinic/Branch Operations

NStrong background in sales, business development, and customer relationship management

NProven experience in teamleadership and operational management

NExcellent communication and stakeholder management skills
