We are looking for a detail-oriented and process-driven Operations Quality Intern to support our operations team by reviewing the quality of work execution, ensuring processes are followed consistently, and identifying opportunities for improvement. This role focuses on operational excellence rather than technical testing, making it ideal for someone who enjoys reviewing work, maintaining standards, and improving business processes.

? Objective To support operational excellence by reviewing the quality of execution across important business activities, ensuring teams follow defined processes, and providing actionable insights to improve consistency and execution quality.

? Core Responsibilities
- Review the quality of execution across assigned operational tasks
- Understand task requirements and evaluate completed work against expected standards
- Prepare straightforward quality reports and operational insights
- Review task updates in Monday.com for clarity and completeness
- Verify adherence to defined processes, strategies, and SOPs
- Identify execution gaps and report improvement opportunities
- Follow up on incomplete or missing task updates




- Maintain quality checklists for recurring operational activities

? Ideal Candidate
- Highly detail-oriented with strong observation skills

- Strong interest in operations and process improvement is more important than prior experience
