Key Responsibilities:

Oversee day-to-day operations across all locations.

Ensure smooth functioning of gaming, customer service and facility operations.

Manage Store Managers and operational staff.

Monitor sales, revenue, expenses and operational KPIs.

Ensure compliance with company SOPs, safety standards and statutory requirements.

Resolve customer complaints and operational issues promptly.

Coordinate with HR, Finance, Maintenance and Marketing teams.

Conduct audits, prepare operational reports and drive process improvements.

Manage inventory, assets and vendor coordination.

Train, mentor and evaluate team performance.

Qualification: Any

Experience: 3+ years in operations, preferably in entertainment, hospitality or gaming.

Skills: Leadership, team management, problem-solving, communication, operational planning, MIS reporting and customer service.
