Pinnacle Xplore is an online education and tutoring company providing K–12 tutoring and test preparation services to students across the US. We are looking for an experienced qualified to join our growing team and take ownership of key operational and business functions.

Role Description

We are seeking a Manager-level Operations professional to oversee day-to-day operations, team performance, customer relationships, and business processes.

The role will involve managing tutors and internal teams, monitoring student and parent experience, overseeing sales and revenue operations, managing budgets and expenses, and working closely with senior management on business decisions.

The role will focus on managing teams rather than performing day-to-day operational tasks , setting performance standards, monitoring key business metrics, managing budgets and costs, improving processes, and working closely with senior management on strategic decisions and business growth.

Work Schedule

- Remote | Full-Time
- 6:30 PM – 3:30 AM IST

Key responsibilities include:

- Managing day-to-day business and academic operations
- Managing teams, tutors, workflows, and performance KPIs
- Overseeing student/parent relationships, escalations, and retention
- Monitoring sales, renewals, revenue,



and operational performance
- Preparing and managing operational budgets and forecasts
- Tracking expenses, costs, margins, and profitability
- Supporting financial planning, cost optimization, and resource allocation
- Preparing weekly/monthly MIS and management reports
- Identifying process gaps and implementing operational improvements
- Working closely with senior management on business growth initiatives

Qualifications

- 4–7 years of experience in Operations, Sales Operations, Business Operations, or a related field
- Prior experience in a Manager/Team Lead role is mandatory
- Strong experience in both Sales and Operations
- Hands-on experience with budgeting, financial planning, expense management, and cost control
- Experience managing teams, KPIs, and operational performance
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
- Excellent English communication and stakeholder management skills
- Proficiency in Zoho CRM, Google Workspace, MS Office, and Excel/Google Sheets
- Experience with MIS reporting and financial/operational data analysis
- Experience in EdTech, education, SaaS, or service-based businesses is preferred
- Comfortable working US-aligned night shifts
