Role Description The Operations Manager role is a full-time, on-site position based in Jaipur. This role is responsible for overseeing day-to-day manufacturing operations, including production planning, workflow management, and coordination between departments such as procurement, quality control, and dispatch.

The Operations

Manager monitors production targets, optimizes resource utilization, and ensures compliance with safety and quality standards. Typical tasks include tracking performance metrics, resolving operational issues, implementing process improvements, and supporting the training and supervision of teams on the shop floor.



The role also involves working closely with senior leadership to align operational activities with business goals and customer requirements.

Qualifications

- Strong operations management skills, including production planning, process optimization, and resource allocation.
- Experience with manufacturing environments, preferably in bearings, bushes, or similar precision-engineered components.
- Knowledge of quality control procedures, safety regulations, and compliance standards in industrial settings.
- Ability to lead, supervise, and motivate cross-functional teams while maintaining explicit communication.
- Competence in using basic computer applications and production management tools for reporting and data analysis.
- Relevant educational background such as a diploma or degree in mechanical engineering, industrial engineering, or operations management.
- Demonstrated problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and a focus on continuous improvement.
- Prior experience in an operations or plant management role in a manufacturing unit is preferred.
