KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

- Manage end-to-end operations for the German Process while ensuring service excellence.
- Drive operational performance by achieving productivity, quality, SLA, and client satisfaction targets.
- Lead, mentor, and develop Team Leaders and Operations teams to improve overall business performance.
- Analyze operational metrics, identify improvement opportunities,



and implement corrective action plans.
- Collaborate with clients and cross-functional teams to ensure operational excellence and process compliance.

REQUIRED SKILLS

- Minimum 1 Year of on-paper Operations Manager experience in a German Process.
- German Language Proficiency (B2/C1) is Mandatory.
- Excellent English communication skills.
- Solid leadership, stakeholder management, and people management skills.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
- Immediate Joiners Preferred.
