URGENT HIRING – OPERATION MANAGER | SALON INDUSTRY

Position: Operation Manager

Location: Mira Road, Mumbai

Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹35,000 per month + Incentives

Experience: 2–4 Years

Probation: 3 Months

Key Responsibilities

Collection & Payment Management

- Oversee cash registers, digital payments, and daily reconciliation.
- Ensure payment accuracy and prevent discrepancies.

Client Billing & Appointment Management

- Process client invoices and manage membership packages.
- Manage appointments and assist clients with service-related requirements.
- Ensure smooth client experience and service coordination.

Revenue & Target Monitoring

- Track daily, weekly, and monthly salon targets against actual revenue.
- Analyze performance shortfalls and identify reasons for low performance.
- Coordinate with the team to implement corrective actions.

Staff Performance & MIS

- Maintain staff-wise performance reports covering:
- Sales
- Number of clients handled
- Average Bill Value
- Repeat Clients
- Productivity
- Incentives
- Attendance
- Target Achievement

Inventory Cost & Consumption Control

- Monitor product consumption against services performed.
- Identify excessive product usage and wastage.
- Maintain minimum and maximum stock levels.
- Identify and report inventory discrepancies immediately.

Lead & Conversion Management

- Maintain the complete enquiry funnel:
- Lead → Follow-up → Booking → Visit → Service → Repeat Booking
- Track lead conversion percentages.
- Ensure no lead or client follow-up is missed.




- Monitor team follow-ups and improve booking and repeat-client conversion.

Required Skills

- Strong operations and team management skills.
- Good knowledge of revenue and target monitoring.
- Experience in MIS and staff performance tracking.
- Strong understanding of billing, payments, and reconciliation.
- Knowledge of inventory and consumption control.
- Good lead management and conversion skills.
- Excellent communication and client-handling skills.
- Solid analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Excel / Google Sheets preferred.

Candidate Profile
- 2–4 years of relevant experience in Operations Management.
- Experience in Salon / Beauty / Wellness / Retail / Service Industry will be preferred.
- Target-oriented and comfortable working with incentives.
- Strong leadership and team-handling abilities.
- Good customer service and relationship management skills.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
