Job Summary

We are looking for experienced and result-oriented Operations Managers and Assistant Managers to manage sales operations, lead high-performing teams, and drive business performance within the BPO/Life Insurance process.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage day-to-day sales operations and ensure smooth process delivery.
- Lead, mentor and manage Team Leaders and sales teams.
- Drive achievement of sales, productivity and operational targets.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and team performance.
- Identify performance gaps and implement corrective action plans.
- Conduct regular performance reviews and provide coaching.
- Handle escalations and ensure timely resolution.
- Coordinate with Training, Quality and MIS teams.
- Ensure adherence to company policies, processes and quality standards.
- Prepare and review performance reports for management.

Candidate Requirements
- Prior experience in BPO Sales / Life Insurance Sales is required.
- Experience in a managerial or assistant managerial role preferred.
- Strong leadership and people-management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong understanding of sales targets,



KPIs and performance management.
- Ability to work in a target-driven and fast-paced environment.
