Operations Manager

Position: Operations Manager

Location: Trivandrum, Kerala

Salary: Up to ₹25,000 per month

Experience: Minimum 1 year in a relevant field

We are looking for a responsible and energetic Operations Manager to manage daily cab operations and ensure smooth, efficient, and customer-friendly transportation services.

The ideal candidate should have at least 1 year of relevant experience in transportation, cab/taxi operations, fleet management, logistics, customer service, or a similar field. Candidates with solid communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills are preferred.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage and coordinate day-to-day cab operations.
- Coordinate with drivers and ensure timely trip assignments.
- Monitor vehicle availability, schedules, and driver performance.
- Handle customer queries, complaints, and service-related issues.
- Ensure trips are completed smoothly and on time.
- Coordinate pickup and drop-off schedules.
- Monitor driver attendance, availability, and discipline.
- Maintain daily operation records and reports.
- Handle emergency situations and operational issues effectively.
- Coordinate vehicle maintenance and report vehicle-related issues.




- Ensure drivers follow company policies and service standards.
- Improve operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.
- Coordinate with management regarding daily operational updates.

Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a relevant field.
- Experience in cab operations, transportation, logistics, fleet management, or customer service will be preferred.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong coordination and problem-solving ability.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Basic computer knowledge and reporting skills.
- Ability to work flexible hours when required.
- Candidates with local knowledge of Trivandrum will be preferred.
- Must be responsible, punctual, and customer-focused.

Salary Up to ₹25,000 per month, based on experience, skills, and suitability for the position.

Preferred Candidate

Candidates who have previous experience handling drivers, fleet operations, transportation services, or daily business operations will be given preference.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
