Operations Manager – Hospitality Industry

Key Requirements

- Experience: Maximum 7–8 years in hospitality operations.

- Salary: Up to ₹50,000 per month.

- Joining: Immediate joiner preferred.

- Location: Must be willing to travel across all company outlets within Delhi and Delhi NCR.

Key Responsibilities (KRAs)

- Oversee the day-to-day operations of all assigned outlets to ensure smooth functioning.

- Monitor outlet performance and ensure adherence to company SOPs and service standards.

- Coordinate with outlet teams to resolve operational issues and improve efficiency.

- Manage and monitor inventory, stock movement, and wastage control.

- Prepare and maintain operational reports, MIS, and data using Microsoft Excel.

- Ensure accurate data entry and proper documentation of operational records.

- Coordinate with vendors and internal departments to ensure uninterrupted operations.





- Conduct regular outlet visits and support store teams in achieving operational goals.

- Ensure compliance with hygiene, safety, and quality standards.

- Support manpower planning, team coordination, and operational improvements.

Required Skills

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

- Positive knowledge of Microsoft Excel and computer applications.

- Experience in inventory management and stock control.

- Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.

- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.

- Willingness to travel frequently across company outlets in Delhi and Delhi NCR.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
