Role Description

- Manage and Oversee overall day to day operations
- Plan and Monitor production, delivery and manpower
- Coordinate Production, Purchase, Stores , Quality and Maintenance
- Manage Vendors, suppliers and job workers
- Ensure timely delivery,quality and cost control
- Monitor inventory, productivity and operational performance
- Identify issues and implement process improvements




- Lead and guide the operations team
- Drive productivity , cost reduction,ensuring timely delivery and continuous improvement

Qualifications

- Experience in operations management in manufacturing industries.
- Skills in Production planning, scheduling, quality control ,ISO compliance and coordinating production activities, with a focus on efficiency and quality.
- Knowledge of inventory control, procurement processes, quality control and vendor coordination.
- Ability to lead teams, delegate tasks, and support a protected and inclusive workplace.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to use data to make operational decisions.
- Relevant educational background in engineering, operations, supply chain, or a related field is preferred.
- Experience in the renewable energy or wind turbine component sector is an advantage.
