About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Operations Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of our US Airbnb portfolio. The role is responsible for ensuring seamless guest experiences, coordinating property readiness, managing operational teams, maintaining service quality, and driving operational efficiency across all Airbnb listings.

Key Responsibilities

Property Operations

- Oversee daily operations of all Airbnb properties.

- Ensure properties are guest-ready before every check-in.

- Monitor property condition and operational standards.

- Coordinate issue resolution with vendors and field teams.

Guest Experience

- Ensure smooth guest check-in and check-out processes.

- Resolve guest escalations promptly.

- Monitor guest reviews and implement improvement plans.

- Maintain high guest satisfaction ratings.

Housekeeping &

- Maintenance

- Coordinate cleaning schedules between reservations.

- Manage maintenance requests and vendor performance.

- Ensure timely completion of repairs and preventive maintenance.

- Maintain inventory of property essentials.

Booking &

- Calendar Coordination

- Coordinate with the Sales Manager on booking schedules.

- Ensure calendars are accurate and operationally feasible.

- Minimize operational disruptions due to scheduling conflicts.

Team Management

- Lead and supervise operations coordinators and support staff.

- Train team members on SOPs and quality standards.

- Monitor productivity and service levels.

Quality Assurance

- Conduct regular quality audits.





- Ensure compliance with Airbnb standards and internal SOPs.

- Maintain cleanliness and presentation standards.

Reporting

- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly operational reports.

- Track occupancy support metrics, guest issues, maintenance turnaround, and operational KPIs.

Qualifications

- Experience managing multiple properties and remote operational teams.

- Solid knowledge of Airbnb standards and guest service.
