Role Description The Operations Head Factory is a full-time,

in office role based in Manesar,

responsible for overseeing end-to-end factory operations.

This role manages production planning, workflow optimization, and resource utilization to meet safety, quality, and delivery targets.

The Operations Head leads and mentors factory teams, coordinates with cross-functional stakeholders, and ensures compliance with operational standards and regulatory requirements.

Daily responsibilities include monitoring performance metrics, resolving operational issues, managing budgets, and driving continuous improvement initiatives.

The position also involves supporting the integration of technology-based solutions to enhance productivity and operational transparency.

Qualifications

- Strong operations management skills, including production planning, process optimization, and performance monitoring.
- Analytical skills to interpret data,



identify root causes, and make informed decisions.
- Team management and communication skills to lead diverse teams, coordinate with stakeholders, and foster a collaborative work culture.
- Budgeting skills to manage operational costs, allocate resources effectively, and support financial planning.
- Experience in factory or manufacturing operations, preferably in a leadership role.
- Familiarity with technology-driven solutions, ERP or production management systems is an advantage.
- Ability to work on-site in Manesar and handle fast-paced, dynamic operational environments.
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Operations Management, Business, or a related field; advanced qualifications are a plus.
