Job Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Operations Executive to support our supply chain and operational activities. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in inbound operations, vendor management, procurement processes, and data analysis. The role requires strong coordination skills, analytical thinking, and the ability to ensure smooth operational execution across various functions.

Key Responsibilities:

Inbound Operations

- Manage and monitor inbound shipments from vendors and suppliers.
- Coordinate with warehouse and logistics teams for timely receipt of materials.
- Ensure accurate GRN (Goods Receipt Note) processing and inventory reconciliation.
- Track shipment status and resolve inbound-related issues promptly.
- Maintain records of incoming materials and inventory transactions.

Vendor Management

- Coordinate with vendors for order fulfilment, delivery schedules, and issue resolution.
- Monitor vendor performance and ensure adherence to agreed service levels.
- Maintain vendor master data and documentation.
- Support vendor onboarding and compliance processes.

Procurement Support

- Assist in raising Purchase Orders (POs) and tracking procurement activities.
- Follow up with suppliers regarding quotations, deliveries, and pending orders.
- Compare vendor quotations and support cost optimization initiatives.




- Ensure procurement documentation is maintained accurately.

Data Analysis & Reporting

- Prepare operational reports, MIS dashboards, and performance analyses.
- Analyse inventory, procurement, and logistics data to identify trends and improvement opportunities.
- Track key operational KPIs and generate actionable insights.
- Support management with ad-hoc reports and business analysis.

Required Skills & Competencies:

- Solid knowledge of Inbound Operations and Inventory Management.
- Understanding of Procurement and Purchase Order processes.
- Experience in Vendor Management and supplier coordination.
- Good analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, XLOOKUP, Data Analysis, etc.).
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities.

Educational Qualification:

- Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain Management, Operations Management, Commerce, Business Administration, or a related field.

Preferred Experience:

- 2 years of experience in Operations, Supply Chain, Procurement, Logistics, or Vendor Management.
- Experience in FMCG, E-commerce, Retail, Manufacturing, or D2C industries will be preferred.

- Inbound shipment adherence and GRN accuracy.
- Vendor performance and delivery compliance.
- Procurement turnaround time.
- Inventory accuracy and reconciliation.
- Operational reporting accuracy and timeliness.
