Role Overview

We are looking for dynamic and experience Operations Executives / Senior Executives to join our

Operations team. The role involves end-to-end execution of online auction activities, ensuring seamless coordination between clients, bidders, and internal teams. The position demands robust communication, organizational, and multitasking skills to deliver efficient operations and meet assigned performance targets.

Key Responsibilities

Auction Preparation & Execution

- Prepare auction catalogues based on client-provided material lists.
- Coordinate with clients for catalogue approvals and upload finalized catalogues on the Matex portal.
- Initiate market-making activities including mail campaigns, bidder shortlisting, and telephonic outreach.
- Facilitate inspections by coordinating between interested bidders and the clients site contact.

Bidder Coordination & Support





- Guide bidders through the auction participation process including registration, membership renewals, and EMD

(Earnest Money Deposit) payments.
- Assist bidders with portal login, navigation, and live bidding support during auctions.

Post-Auction Activities

- Generate and send post-auction reports to clients.
- Coordinate with clients for approval of bids within validity timelines.
- Follow up with bidders for payment and material lifting within contract validity.
- Collect lifting details from clients for Matexs billing purposes and coordinate for invoice clearance.

Performance & Targets

- Achieve targets related to the number of auctions conducted, membership renewals, and revenue billing
