Qualification
- MBA / MHA (Master of Hospital Administration)
Experience
- 0–2 years of experience in Front Office, Patient Relations, Customer Service, Hospital, Clinic, or Hospitality industry preferred.
Key Responsibilities
- Welcome and assist patients and visitors in a qualified and courteous manner.
- Manage patient registration, appointments, and enquiries.
- Handle incoming calls, emails, and walk-in enquiries efficiently.
- Coordinate appointments with doctors and ensure smooth patient flow.
- Process billing, payments, and maintain front office records.
- Coordinate with internal departments to ensure a seamless patient experience.
- Maintain confidentiality of patient information and uphold service standards.
- Ensure the reception area is organized, professional, and patient-friendly.
Skills & Requirements
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Fluency in English, Hindi, and Malayalam is mandatory.
- Pleasant personality with strong customer service and relationship management skills.
- Extroverted, confident, proactive, and well-groomed with a positive attitude.
- Good knowledge of MS Office and basic computer applications.
- Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Local candidates are preferred.
Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹25,000.00 per month
