The Operations Executive Supply Chain acts as the primary interface between the Warehouse, our delivery partners and customers. The candidate is expected to identify delivery concerns, warehouse concerns, and customer escalations and work on troubleshooting by opting for the best and most frugal methods possible.

Requirements

Graduation in any specialization from a recognized university.1-3 years of experience in a Supply Chain and logistics environmentExcellent communication skills (written and verbal). Ability to communicate correctly and clearly with all customers.Good comprehension skills the ability to clearly understand and state the issues customers present Ability to concentrate follow customers issues without distraction to resolutionWork successfully in a team environment as well as independentlyFamiliarity with Microsoft Excel and data analysis.Demonstrates a proficient knowledge of Google sheetsLogistics background and experience in control tower. .
