About the Role

PlanD is seeking a detail-oriented Operations Executive to oversee our day-to-day garment production processes, supplier workflows, and quality standards. You will serve as the core liaison between our design, production, and supply chain networkensuring that every batch meets our quality metrics, remains on schedule, and stays within budget.

Key Responsibilities

- Production Batch Tracking: Monitor and track daily production batches across manufacturing units to guarantee timely delivery schedules.
- Supplier Coordination: Liaise directly with raw material suppliers, trim vendors, and production units to align on orders, lead times, and deliveries.
- Cost Management: Track, analyze,



and manage production-related expenses to minimize waste and optimize profit margins.
- Quality Check & Control: Inspect incoming garment samples, design executions, stitching, and finishing to ensure strict adherence to PlanD’s design specs and standards.
- Reporting & Efficiency Analytics: Create and maintain detailed reports evaluating factory efficiency, batch timelines, and operational costs.
- Travel & On-Site Inspection: Travel regularly to supplier facilities and production sites to oversee operations, verify output quality, and resolve bottlenecks on the floor.

**Qualifications & Requirements Education: Any Bachelor’s Degree in any di scipline.

Language Proficiency : Fluency in both Hindi and English (spoken and written).

Skills : Strong communication skills and basic operational knowledge of supply chain or production processes.

Flexibility : Willingness and availability to travel to manufacturing units, supplier facilities, and vendor sites as required.
