We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Operations Executive to manage and oversee the end-to-end loan lifecycle. In this role, you will be responsible for loan processing, documentation verification, disbursement, account servicing, and regulatory compliance. You will serve as a vital link between credit underwriters, sales teams, and customers to ensure seamless and efficient loan operations.

Key Responsibilities

- Loan Processing & Disbursement: Verify incoming loan applications, review KYC and financial documentation, and process loan disbursements in line with approval terms and internal policies.
- Documentation & Data Management: Ensure accurate setup, booking, and record-keeping of consumer, commercial, or retail loan accounts in the core banking/LMS software.
- Collateral & Security Management: Organize, track, and maintain custody of collateral documents, title deeds, and post-dated cheques (PDCs) / NACH mandates..
- Reconciliation & Reporting: Perform daily/monthly reconciliation of loan disbursements, collections, repayments, and outstanding balances. Generate operational management reports.
- Cross-Functional Coordination: Liaise with sales, credit risk, legal,



customer support, and banking partners to resolve customer queries and operational bottlenecks promptly.

Key Qualifications & Requirements
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Business Administration, Accounting, or a related field.
- Experience: 1–4 years of experience in loan operations, credit administration, or back-office banking operations (Fintech, NBFC, or Commercial Banking background preferred).
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Loan Management Systems (LMS), core banking software (e.g., Finacle, Flexcube), and advanced MS Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables).
