Role Description The Operations Executive Intern will support day-to-day operational activities to ensure smooth functioning of processes at Profession Hike’s Lucknow office. This full-time, on-site role involves coordinating with internal teams, maintaining data and records, tracking workflow, and assisting in process improvement initiatives.

The intern will help monitor key operational metrics, identify bottlenecks, and contribute to optimizing efficiency in service delivery.



Additional responsibilities may include supporting communication with partners, preparing basic reports, and assisting in implementing operational policies and procedures.

- Candidates should possess strong Operations and Operations Management skills to support daily process execution and improvement.
