We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Operations Executive to manage and coordinate daily logistics operations. The candidate will be responsible for shipment coordination, tracking, documentation, customer/vendor communication, and ensuring timely movement and delivery of shipments. Key Responsibilities

Coordinate day-to-day logistics and transportation operations.

Plan and monitor pickup, dispatch, transit, and delivery activities.

Coordinate with transporters, drivers, customers, vendors, and internal teams.

Track shipments and provide timely status updates to customers and management.

Ensure timely pickup and delivery of consignments.

Monitor vehicle movement and coordinate with drivers for route and delivery updates.

Prepare and maintain shipment-related documents, records, and reports.

Verify LR/GR, POD, invoices, e-way bills, delivery challans, and other logistics documents.

Follow up on pending deliveries, delayed shipments, and undelivered consignments.

Coordinate with the warehouse team for loading, unloading, dispatch, and inventory movement.

Handle customer queries related to shipment status, delivery schedules, and operational issues.

Escalate delays, damages, shortages, and other operational issues to the concerned team.

Coordinate with transporters and vendors to ensure service quality and timely execution.

Maintain accurate data in ERP/TMS/software and ensure timely system updates.

Prepare daily MIS reports related to shipments, deliveries, pending consignments, and operational performance.

Monitor operational costs and identify opportunities for improving efficiency.

Ensure compliance with company SOPs, safety procedures, and applicable logistics requirements.





Support the Operations Manager in improving processes and achieving operational targets.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Graduate in any discipline; degree/diploma in Logistics, Supply Chain, or Operations is preferred.

1.5–2.5 years of experience in logistics, transportation, courier, freight, or supply chain operations.

Good knowledge of logistics and transportation processes.

Strong coordination and follow-up skills.

Good communication skills in English and Hindi/local language.

Working knowledge of MS Excel, Word, and email communication.

Ability to maintain accurate records and prepare operational reports.

Valuable problem-solving and decision-making skills.

Ability to handle multiple shipments and tasks simultaneously.

Willingness to work in a fast-paced operational environment.

Preferred

Skills

Experience with TMS/ERP/logistics management software.

Knowledge of shipment tracking and last-mile/line-haul operations.

Understanding of POD, LR/GR, e-way bill, invoice, and delivery documentation.

Experience coordinating with transporters and drivers.

Basic knowledge of logistics KPIs and MIS reporting.

Strong Excel skills, including filters, sorting, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, and Pivot Tables, is an advantage.

Conditions

Full-time operational role.

May require coordination outside regular working hours depending on shipment schedules.

Ability to work under pressure and meet time-sensitive delivery targets is essential. Office no- Office No.
